For Outlook Calendar Not Syncing Mac, try these.
1- Log in to Outlook and then select File from the menu.
2- Select Data Files from the Account settings menu.
3- Now verify that the mailbox account name has been set as the default. If not, you must make it the default.
4- Select Mailbox from the Email menu, then click Account Name.
5- Change the account name by pressing Change.
6- Then, check the box labeled "use cached exchange mode" and click OK.
7- Save your changes and click Close when finished.
